How To Pass The Real Estate Exam On Your First Try
One of the last accomplishments that I checked off of my 2024 goal list was passing the MI Real Estate Exam. What I thought would be a breeze (judging off the 40 hour time requirement) actually turned into a few months of studying and additional prep to keep the items fresh in my mind. The exam consisted of 115 multiple choice questions and was timed. My background in lending/finance helped, but did not prepare me to pass the exam off of my experience alone. A few things that I found helpful was using Aceable for training. Aceable ( 🎉Try Aceable Here: http://share.aceable.com/6FRGj7 ) provided customer support, information on how the state test was outlined, prewritten terms and definitions, as well as videos, practice tests and games throughout. I also found using the app Quizlet to be helpful. The app replaced the need to write out and carry around flash cards.
